Each transaction becomes a seed. The seed defines the structure, chooses the colors, and sets the weight of the paint. The same transaction makes the same painting.

Black passages build up. White paint cuts back through them. Color and the occasional run remain beneath the surface. These generative studies take their cue from the painted gestures of Franz Kline.
